RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of purchase. If more than 7 days have gone by since your purchase, we will not be able to honor your refund.
There is no refund or exchange on sale items.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- To prevent policy abuse, items priced above $80 fall under our semi-formal/formal category and are eligible for exchange only. Items priced below $80 are eligible for a full refund within the return window.
- Sale items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Shipping fees and any applicable taxes are non-refundable.
RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
- Items must be in their original condition, with tags intact, unaltered, and in brand-new, salable condition.
- Refunds may take up to 14 days to process after approval.
- All items must be sent back in their respective original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- If an exchange is not possible due to stock unavailability, store credit for the full paid amount will be issued.
RETURN SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY
- Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
- If a refund is issued, the original shipping charges and any applicable taxes will be deducted.
- For returns over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as SamaTrendz is not liable for lost or undelivered return packages.

ADJUSTMENTS
- Any products purchased before a sale period cannot be adjusted during the sale.
- We do NOT offer any price adjustments.
PRODUCT INFORMATION & DISCLAIMERS
- Size charts are provided, but a ±1” variation is normal and not considered a defect.
- Attached accessories may vary slightly from product images as they are sourced separately.
- Color variations due to lighting and photography settings are not considered a defect.
