  • All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed, unless otherwise mentioned in the product details. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
  • All orders within the United States are shipped via our trusted carrier partners. Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Free shipping is available on orders over $150 in the USA.
  • Once a shipping label is created, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
  • All orders will be shipped only to the address provided at the time of checkout.
  • Address changes cannot be accommodated once the order is placed.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Sama Trendz is not liable for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. In the event a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges for re-delivery.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email provided, allowing you to monitor your shipment until delivery.

International Shipping & Delivery

At this time, Sama Trendz does not offer international shipping.

We currently serve customers within our domestic market only, ensuring a smooth and reliable delivery experience.

However, we are continuously growing and evaluating opportunities to expand our reach. International shipping may be introduced in the future based on customer demand and operational feasibility.
